Terms and Conditions 

Experience days for students who are 16 years old or over. 

Under 18’s will require parents consent to book and be accompanied by said parent either as a paid for spectator or paid for student. 

Upon booking 1 day experiences, you can postpone and rebook up to 1 month before the experience date. Unfortunately we can not offer postponement within 1 month of the experience date.

If you book your experience within 1 month of your chosen date, you will not be able to re-schedule at all.

We can not offer refunds.

In the unlikely event of a date being cancelled by Murrill forge, you will be offered any available dates that are currently live on the website. However, we cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred such as travel or lodgings. 

Terms and Conditions for Vouchers 

1. Murrill Forge gift vouchers are purchased for a specific monetary value rather than a particular experience. The voucher value can be used towards the cost of any of our experience days, either as full payment where the voucher covers the total price, or as partial payment where an additional balance is required.

Our experience prices may change between the date of voucher purchase and the date of booking. If the price of your chosen experience exceeds the voucher value, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of booking. The voucher retains its original monetary value regardless of any changes to our experience prices.

2. Once purchased, the gift voucher will be emailed to you. You can either print out or email the voucher to the intended recipient. 

3. Gift vouchers may be redeemed against any course we offer.  If there is a price difference, you will be required to make up the difference.

4. Vouchers have a use by date of 9 months from purchase date, unless expressed permission is prior agreed with Murrill Forge management. 

5. Vouchers are non-refundable. 

6. Booking an experience day using a voucher must be done though the website.
